Since 2004, we have been working on the inclusion of men and women with disabilities. Our projects aim to improve accessibility of all areas of life – from education to the labour market – to enable persons with disabilities to live independent, safe and healthy lives. We try to work as inclusively as possible and do our research together with people with disabilities.

In diesem Porträtband erzählen 21 Menschen davon, wie sie eine Arbeit oder eine Lehrstelle gefunden haben und welche Tätigkeiten sie auf ihrem Arbeitsplatz verrichten. Der Band ist eine Ergänzung zur Berufs-Informations-Broschüre für Menschen mit Lernschwierigkeiten. Das Begleitheft gibt Anregungen für die Gestaltung beruflicher Beratungssettings für und mit Menschen mit Lernschwierigkeiten.
