The Mobility Scouts Toolkit for Practitioners was developed with the aim of summarising our experiences and to provide practical guidelines on how to involve older men and women in decisi- on-making and empowering them to contribute to the creation of age-friendly environments and services.

The publication is one of the results of the project "MIA – Mothers in Action" that was carried out by the Frauengesundheitszentrum in two Styrian districts (Liezen and Leibnitz) between 2007 and 2010. queraum. cultural and social research was responsible for the evaluation of the project.
