Since 2015, regional early intervention networks have been established and expanded in all Austrian federal states, in accordance with the Austrian basic concept. The goal of these regional early intervention networks is to provide needs-based support to families facing challenging situations during early childhood. queraum has been conducting the evaluation since summer 2025. As part of a new funding call, institutions offering social prescribing in primary and pediatric care are being supported. Social prescribing is a complex intervention that connects patients with health-related psychosocial and emotional needs with regional services to strengthen their health, well-being, and social participation. The evaluation focuses on three key areas: (short-term) impact, equal opportunities, and (sustainable) implementation. More about the project
