Objectives
The SFBK GmbH provides services for people with and without support needs in the fields of sport, leisure, education and culture. Among others, die SFBK GmbH carries out the projects Schneetiger and kick mit.
Schneetiger brings children and young people with and without disabilities in contact with winter sports. In kick it, soccer trainings with a focus on migrant girls are organized.
The project teams want to strengthen the measurement of efficiency of theses projects. queraum supports this undertaking.
Implementation
In the course of a school year, queraum supports the project teams of Schneetiger and kick mit with participative workshops and coaching. queraum mainly contributes its expertise in social research to the development of an evaluation concept. The support of queraum consists of four modules: 1. Development of project aims, 2. Development of an efficiency measurement concept, 3. Support in the search for adequate research instruments, 4. In the final workshop, the results of the joint work are discussed.
