Objectives

LebensGroß, is implementing the FFG-funded innovation project "NextGen Empowerment". The project team is engaging with members of the target group (young people aged 14 to 29 at risk of poverty and their support networks from urban and rural areas) in an innovation process to co-create solutions to the challenges faced by young people. Through this co-creative, participatory innovation process, participants will experience empowerment to make bold educational and career choices.

At the same time, the project aims to collaboratively develop prototype measures that break existing cycles of poverty through improved education and participation. The prototypes will be integrated into LebensGroß's existing services. Furthermore, a focus on impact is being incorporated into the innovation process.

Implementation

The external evaluation is conducted as an impact and process evaluation. The impact analysis examines the actual effects and consequences of the project and its components/modules. The goal is to determine whether the desired objectives and impacts have been achieved.

To provide comprehensive support for the project team, a process evaluation is also offered. This evaluation analyzes how the project was implemented, examining the execution, the quality of implementation, obstacles, and potential for improvement. The process analysis thus focuses on procedures, resources, and framework conditions.
