Objectives
“Manifold & Healthy: Women in the Viennese Hospitals´ Association“ is a pilot project for gender- and culture-sensitive workplace health promotion especially for low-skilled workers (e.g. housekeeping, laundry, catering staff) in selected care homes, geriatrics centers and hospitals of the Viennese Hospitals’ Association.
Implementation of the evaluation
The outcome evaluation will be done by the project team.
queraum takes over the role as external consultants and fulfils the following tasks:
At the beginning of the project, aims & planning workshops with the project team will be realised to support the responsible project members with the specification of project goals and the definition of indicators for measuring the achievement of objectives.
Within the total evaluation process, reflection workshops will be offered to discuss questions right away when problems arise but also to reflect the process development and to plan together further steps.
Furthermore, the team of queraum supports the project team in developing or adapting tools for questioning and collecting feedback. We also offer to moderate selected focus groups with project participants and cooperation partners.
