Objectives
The development partnership aims at creating new perspectives for the area of health and social affairs by
- supporting the employees to maintain their ability of employment until the legal retirement age and
- training people in this field who hitherto haven’t been able to perform a professional activity in the area of health and social matters.
Implementation of the evaluation
The research centre of the Red Cross Vienna gave queraum. cultural and social research the task of evaluating the individual modules, the general coordination and the transnational network.
The focus of the evaluation is put on the assessment of the measures set and their effect as well as on the verification of the formerly defined objectives. Furthermore, the evaluation offers the companies involved the possibility to reflect on the course of the process and to deduce the lessons learned for the further course of the current project or following projects. The collection of the data necessary for the answering of the questions in the evaluation take place retrospectively by means of qualitative and quantitative methods.
